The Site and its content

Vibe Engines publishes open-source software, technical handbooks, roadmaps, system-design guides, and writing, free of charge, for informational and educational purposes. We may add, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

Open-source software

Software projects published by Vibe Engines live in their own repositories (for example, on GitHub) and are licensed under the terms stated in each repository — such as the MIT License. Where those license terms apply to a piece of software, they — not these Terms — govern your use of that software.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the written content, design, and branding of the Site are the property of Vibe Engines and protected by applicable law. You’re welcome to read, share, and quote the content with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions wholesale, or present the content as your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or harvest the Site in ways that degrade the service for others (AI and search crawlers are welcome within the rules published in our robots.txt).

No professional advice

The handbooks, roadmaps, system-design guides, and writing are educational resources reflecting personal experience and opinion. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and they may contain errors or become outdated. You’re responsible for how you apply anything you read here.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Following those links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
